Oh dear friend, welcome to this space! My name is Emily. I’m a wife to Stanley and mom to two sweet babes, a speech-pathologist by trade, daughter of Christ, and self-proclaimed semi-crunchy mama. Over the last few years, I’ve become impassioned with implementing mindfulness in all areas of my family’s life.
